-Began training at the age of 16 at Ralph Gracie Jiu Jitsu Antioch
-Began helping with the kids classes at the age of 17
-Took over all teaching responsibilities of Ralph Gracie Antioch from August 2006 until January 2007
-Became an instructor upon opening Ricardo Barros BJJ in January 2007
-Opened 610 BJJ in 2010
While training under Ralph Gracie I was fortunate enough to travel with Ricardo Barros and take advantage of the competition team training at the Ralph Gracie San Francisco Academy. It was there i met the Barra Brothers and was able to train under the likes of Ralph Gracie, Alexander Crispim, Carlos Sapão Alejandro, Kurt Osiander and many other esteemed Black Belts. Under the tutelage of Alexander Crispim and after almost a decade of devotion I earned my Black Belt in Jan 2013. Along with training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu I train wrestling, Judo, Boxing and Muay thai.
